In pbl 1, i learnt about choosing approriate programs and software for a company taking into account the budget and the software's features. i also learnt what factors we need to take note when choosing the internet service provider.i get to know more about the hardwares as i go by when i was doing research for it.have a better understanding on router and modem so i can have the suitable one for the company. For the software, i get to know accounting software for the accounting department.

For pbl 2, i learnt how to encounter the problems arised from the programs and software in the computer.i learnt about mail encryption to ensure security and the right recipient receives it only, how to deal with cookies and more. Only doing this pbl 2, i get to know what is biometric and its uses and how it actually works. It is used to protect one's security. It can be used in company and other workplaces.
